Buzz alpha 1 release notes

To be honest.. you can't do shit with this version. Many important features are not implemented and all the editors are limited. Still, I've managed to make some simple drumloops and stuff with it. So.. Feel free to play with it and mail me if you have any ideas or find a bug that isn't listed below. 

The ZIP contains >8.3 char filenames, so don't use pkunzip. 


Known bugs / missing features:

- Faders view doesn't work. Don't use it!
- Mixers are not implemented
- Master patterns aren't connected to the sound engine
- Pattern editor is very incomplete. You can't rename or remove patterns for example. 
- Waves aren't stored in wrk-files. Another file format will be added later. 
- In wavetable view, 'open' is the only button that works. 
- Reverb/delay eat all the CPU time if they don't get any input in few seconds. It's caused by FPU underflows. 
- Sometimes machines disappear in machines view on Win95. Doesn't happen with NT. 
- Only effect that works in Jeskola Tracker is 0E (retrig)
